The Association of Philippine Medical Colleges Foundation, Inc. will celebrate its 45th Annual Convention with the theme: Professionalism in Medical Education". This will be hosted by Cebu Institute of Medicine, F. Ramos St., Cebu City on February 8-11, 2012.
Please take note of the following particulars:
1. The registration fee are as follows:
- Pre-Registration fees (on or before December 15, 2011)
a. PhP 7,000 for institution (for 3 delegates)
b. PhP 2,000 for additional delegates
c. PhP 1,800 for student delegates
- On-site Registration fees
a. PhP 7,500 for institution (for 3 delegates)
b. PhP 2,000 for additional delegates
c. PhP 1,800 for student delegates
2. The meeting of the Deans will be held in the afternoon of February 8 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lao Hall, second floor of the CIM building.
3. We hope to receive from you the following on or before November 30, 2011:
a. Souvenir Program Advertisement materials
b. Copies of Student Researches for the Research Contest
c. Your school entry to the program during the Welcome Dinner
d. Completed RegistrationForm_CIM_020812
e. 2x2 picture of the Dean
