The Organizing Committee has decided to include in the souvenir program abstracts of all papers to be presented during the convention including the poster exhibits. May we therefore request everybody to submit the abstracts of your entries to the research contest not later than November 15, 2009 instead of in January 2010 through email address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. As a reminder we are asking all schools to participate. There are two categories: faculty and student. We are also asking for an institutional profile. The abstracts should not be more than 300 words and shall be presented in tarpaulin, 3 m x 1 m in size the day before the convention.
